ATM or Check/ATM Cards

Your REAL Financial Center® Check/ATM Card has the Visa® logo and it's accepted at over 18 million Visa® locations worldwide. 

Just present your card for payment anywhere you see the Visa® logo. The money is deducted directly from your credit union checking account, and the transaction appears on your monthly statement. This service is free.

ATM Card
When used as an ATM card, you have access to almost 10,500 surcharge-free MoneyPass® ATMs across the nation. 

You may also use a REAL ATM or Check/ATM Card to request cash withdrawals from your checking or savings account at cash machines nationwide. The first 10 withdrawals per month are free. Deposits are accepted at certain cash machines in Minnesota. 

REAL Financial Center® is part of the MoneyPass® ATM network.  To find a surcharge-free ATM, look for the MoneyPass (or Fastbank Free) logo on a machine, or use the ATM Locator on the MoneyPass website.

Changing Your PIN 
    You can change the Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your ATM or Check/ATM Card whenever you want! Simply call 1-800-448-8268 or visit one of our three REAL Financial ATMs.
    You must know your current PIN in order to change the code. If you have forgotten your PIN, let us know and we'll mail it to you. 
  
You can change your PIN whenever you want and as often as you want. The only restriction is you can only change a PIN once in any 24-hour period. For example, if you change it at 2 p.m. on Monday, you cannot change it again until 2 p.m. on Tuesday. 

Save time & money with direct payments

Pay your bills without writing checks! Take the hassle out of paying routine expenses by authorizing electronic debits from your checking. 

Savings. You'll save between $40 and $61 a year on stamps alone.

Privacy. With direct payments, the encrypted transaction passes electronically from REAL Financial Center® directly to the receiving institution. 

Convenience. If you're forgetful, on vacation, or in a rush, your bills still get paid. Ask the companies you do business with if they offer the service.

Call Member Services today at 952-933-9000 to ask about direct payments. Or print an Automatic Payment Authorization form and return it to us for processing.

Card Problems?
If you forget your password or your card stops working, call Member Services at 952-933-9000 during regular business hours. 

To report a lost or stolen Check/ATM Card after hours or during non-business hours, call 1-800-264-5578. International travelers should call collect, 701-461-0621.
