A surcharge is a fee charged by the financial institution to non-customers who use their ATM machine. For example, Express Teller ATMs prominently show that they accept MoneyPass cards. However, these machines require a surcharge to process MoneyPass transactions.

Finding Surcharge-Free ATMs

Look for the MoneyPass logo on a machine, or go to the MoneyPass ATM locator to find the location of 10,500 surcharge-free ATMs available to you..

Card Problems?
If you forget your password or your card stops working, call Member Services at 952-933-9000 during regular business hours. 

To report a lost or stolen Check/ATM Card after hours or during non-business hours, call 1-800-264-5578. International travelers should call collect, 701-461-0621.
