One full year of bank statements from your main business & personal accounts

If this is a purchase, please also provide:

  • Purchase Agreement

  • Selling Realtor name and contact information

You can mail or drop off your completed application packet at any of our REAL Financial branch locations. When we receive your application, we will underwrite your loan within 48 hours. Once approved, you can lock in your interest rate during the process of your loan.

We Accept Business/Corporate Loans, Too!

If you are applying for this loan as a Business or Corporation, your application packet must also include:

A Personal Financial Statement for each Borrower/Guarantor
bullet

Personal Income Tax Returns for the last two years for EACH Borrower/Guarantor of the company (all schedules and W-2s)
bullet

Business Income Tax Returns for the last two years if organized as a Corporation or Partnership (complete returns)
bullet

Year-to-date Business Financial Statement if last year-end is more than 90 days from application
bullet

Income and Expense projections for at least one year (cash flow or budget analysis)
bullet

If organized as a Partnership or Corporation, please enclose:

  • Copy of the Articles of Incorporation or Sole Proprietor

  • Copy of the Certificate of Assumed Name

If Construction will occur, you must also include a Sworn Construction Statement
