1. If this is your first time applying, you must fill out REAL Financial's online loan application or call 952-933-9000 and ask for the REAL Loan Center. 

2. Complete the first two sections of the Edina Realty Business Loan Application (Interactive PDF*). (Note: You must have a witness when you sign the form in part II.)

3. Fax the Business Loan Application to Edina Realty at (952) 928-5452. You're done!

Once Corporate processes your application, they will fax it to REAL Financial at 952-465-0955.
