Commission Advance Loans

 

Here's how to get started

1. Determine if your broker participates in the participation advance program.

2. If this is your first time applying, you must fill out REAL Financial's online loan application or call 952-933-9000 and ask for the REAL Loan Center. 

3. Complete the first two sections of the Business Loan Application (Interactive PDF*). (Note: You must have a witness when you sign the form in part II.)

3. Fax or mail the partially-completed Business Loan Application to your broker. You're done!

Your broker will complete the last part of the form and fax it to REAL Financial at 952-465-0955.

We'll contact you within one business day to finalize your advance. It's fast and easy!

You can borrow against any commissions that are pending within 120 days, and have up to $5,000 deposited directly into your REAL checking account. (Amount varies by broker.)

As of 7/1/08, you can get this loan at a low rate of  PRIME + 3.00% APR* with an administrative fee of $79 per advance.

Commission Advance Qualifications:
- Commissions must be pending within 120 days.
- Broker must be located in the metro area.
- The minimum loan amount is $1,000, and the maximum, which varies from broker to broker, is generally $5,000. 
- You must maintain a REAL Financial Center® checking account, complete a loan application, and sign a lending agreement the first time you apply.  

Commission Advance loans are made for business purposes; we also offer personal lines of credit, auto loans, home equity loans and other loans for personal use.
